Quick facts!

• Viktor is a renowned choreographer, and a former backup dancer well versed in many dance styles who won ballet competitions back in the day. He currently works at Dance!!! Studio as its director and sometimes dance instructor.
  
• He is also a private investigator! If you ask, he'll say it's his hobby, and his side job.
  
• He is originally from St. Petersburg, Russia. He moved to Recollé approximately one year ago.
  
• He has a standard poodle named Makkachin. Viktor can be seen around the city walking his dog every day (but his circuit is impossible to predict, he finds it fun to change it all the time)
  
• SOME people may also be aware of the very sensitive fact that he is a former (?) spy who worked for an international private intelligence agency. Rumor says he's retired.

Makkachin

• Viktor walks his dog, Makkachin, every day. He also runs sometimes. But mostly, he rides his bicycle everywhere. He knows how to drive but he doesn’t have a car in Recollé (he's not a very responsible driver, so that's probably a good thing)
  
• He tries to spend as much time with his dog as he can, because he seldom had any time to spend with him when he lived in St. Petersburg, and even less when he traveled. Makkachin is really old and he’s always been there for him, so he treasures this time as much as he can and he wants to be there for him now. This will make him do some dumb things, like taking his dog places he shouldn’t, but hopefully people in Recollé will humor him
  
• He always walks Makkachin at 6:30AM. He’s been known to do this even while sleep-deprived, hungover, or even drunk (Makkachin is the one who walks him in those cases)
  
• He walks Makkachin again late in the afternoon/in the evening. When he can’t, he has an NPC help with that

The Dance Studio

• Days when he’s not the one to open the studio in the morning are rare
  
• He also takes Makkachin to the dance studio and lets him stay there whenever the owner isn’t around. Dance students are probably used to him!
  
• He leaves mid-afternoon to walk Makkachin sometimes, but he comes back. He’s always the last one to leave the studio (unless he and Yuuri have to leave early for investigation work)
  
• He has a dance room that he's claimed as his office, and he’s usually there trying out dance moves, watching videos, reading, listening to music, studying, practicing...
  
• Some choice victims by the name of Yuuri Katsuki have been known to be abducted in that room for hours at a time (rated PG. I mean this!). Students probably know that if they can’t be found anywhere else, they’re probably there
  
• Sometimes, Viktor’s “office” needs to be used for actual lessons. In those cases, he’s not very pleased
  
• The dance studio is affiliated with an idol agency, so they get to train their idols and idol hopefuls. Viktor himself teaches some of their lessons, but he prefers to teach more specialized workshops (such as Stage Presence) and advanced dance lessons
  
• He occasionally makes an exception and teaches beginner-intermediates, but he’s not patient at all a big name, so he can usually afford to pin the more basic lessons on others

Trivia

• He speaks Russian, English, Korean (sorry, Lambiel!)
  
• He has expensive taste. He spends a lot of money on brand clothes, lotions, etc
  
• He enjoys music a lot (both popular and classical). He’s also a little into art (sculptures, paintings, photography). He doesn’t have a lot of time to read, but he enjoys it when he gets the chance

Personal

• He pursues superficial relationships in general. It’s hard to get him to open up beyond a certain level.
  
• His job has kind of ruined flirting for him, but he still enjoys it on occasion, when it’s just for fun and not for seduction (Yuuri doesn’t count) (he’s not even trying to seduce Yuuri) (not seriously) (...it’s very sad)
  
• He used to post a lot of selfies and videos when he was in his teens and early twenties. As time passed and his life changed, he started posting less of those. He began to post photos of places, food, and Makkachin instead, and then stopped sharing photos altogether
  
• This changed after meeting drunk Yuuri that night, but only because he regretted not telling Yuuri his full name so. Much.
  
• He currently enjoys social media again! But he's not very savvy in terms of internet culture. He's your standard not-quite-celebrity who posts selfies and uses hashtags and makes engagement posts on his official fan page like "Great start of the week! Guess where I am today" with emoji and a photo of his view from a hotel or something. He's big enough to have a verified account on Twitter and Facebook

You May Know Him From TV! He was a judge in a Reality TV show about dancing K-Pop choreographies! At least one of your favorites was probably his work Ballet competitions!
