[ The package is delivered to the dance studio and I'll be honest, Viktor has expectations when he sees a delivery from Retrospec. But whatever it is that he's expecting, it's definitely not this. When he opens the box and reads the note, he's a little let down!
He takes it to his office (self-styled) to inspect it, and once he's confident that it really is just a cat plush he leaves it on the stereo temporarily. This is probably meant for either Yura or Yuuri, so he figures he'll have to ask them about it later. But then he gets a phone call, and he takes it outside because bad reception is a thing in this room, and then he has to teach a lesson, and then this and that happens... Long story made short, the day goes by and Viktor has no time to check Retrospec and see Yuri's post addressing the issue. The plush stays there, adorable but forgotten in the lonely room.
Hours later, Viktor comes back from all his activities, and he walks up to the stereo to turn it on. That's when he realizes that the mysterious cat plush is still there, and he has a moment of enlightenment-- this is Yura's. His fanclub must have sent it to the studio to make sure he'd get it.

Viktor sighs and sends Yuri a text without questioning this piece of information he just recalled, or even thinking a lot about it. ]
